Following the transfer of FSC Insurance Bureau Deputy Director-General Chih-hsien Lin on 16 July 2024 to serve as Director General of the FSC Department of Legal Affairs, Ching-yuan Chen, a former division director at the Insurance Bureau, was transferred to assume Lin's vacated position beginning on 29 July 2024.
