The sales statistics of foreign-currency denominated products by life insurance industry as of the end of June 2024 were as follows: premium revenues from new foreign-currency denominated policies amounted to around NT$148.327 billion, up by 5% from NT$141.508 billion year-on-year. Within these figures, investment-linked insurance products accounted for NT$21.185 billion (around 14% of the total), down by 38% from NT$34.395 billion year-on-year, and the sales of traditional insurance products totaled NT$127.142 billion (around 86% of the total), up by 19% from NT$107.113 billion year-on-year.
