In conjunction with the implementation of the Foundation Act on February 1, 2019 and in consideration of the actual operations of foundations under the administration of the FSC as well as the balance between the prevailing regulations and the Foundation Act, the FSC amends the Regulations Governing Management of Insurance Guaranty Funds to fulfill the legislative intents of relevant provisions on strengthening the organizational rules of foundations, expanding the use of funds and complying with the rules on budget and final accounts, and promulgates the amended articles on September 19, 2019.
