Pursuant to article 27 of the Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance Act, the following benefits are available in the amounts indicated: 1.Personal injury medical expense benefits: Maximum NT$ 200,000 2.Disability benefits: Maximum NT$ 2,000,000 [ The payment standards has been graded into 178 items of 15 levels ] 3.Death benefits: NT$ 2,000,000 The benefit limit of this insurance for loss of life, disability and bodily injury medical expenses in any one automobile traffic accident shall be NT$ 2,200,000 per person.
