The First Insurance Co. is found to alter the insured amount in the endorsement and making the alteration retroactive to the date of policy when underwriting an employers’ liability insurance. The FSC hereby imposes a fine of NT$600,000 on the company in accordance with Paragraph 5, Article 171-1 of the Insurance Act.
